  • 1 cup cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade works great
  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Rolls

  • 1 cup chopped pecans feel free to swap for walnuts
  • 1 package flour tortillas

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the cranberry sauce, honey, and cinnamon until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Spread a generous layer of the mixture over each flour tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly; don’t worry about being too perfect, just ensure they’re rolled up nice and snug.
  • Wrap each roll in plastic wrap to keep them fresh, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Once chilled, slice the pinwheels into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a serving platter.

Notes

To enjoy the pinwheels better, serve them on a festive plate with a sprinkle of additional pecans or a drizzle of honey. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
