  • 1 pound ground meat (beef or pork) Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Can be swapped with crushed pretzels for added crunch.
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to garnish Fresh parsley For serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything together until well blended. Then shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they’re cooked through and browned.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, these meatballs can be frozen for up to three months.
