For the Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz chocolate cream cheese Rich and decadent.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar Essential for sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Signature nutty flavor.
  • 2 large eggs Binding agents.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Adds creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips For marbling effect.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Press this mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, blend chocolate cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.
  • Incorporate eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour half of the cheesecake batter into the crust. Swirl in melted chocolate for marbling, then add the remaining batter on top.
  • Use a knife to create marble swirls through the batter.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  • Allow it to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Notes

Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or a dollop of whipped cream. Fresh berries and crushed peanuts can enhance presentation and flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for 2-3 months.
