Ingredients
  

For the Oreo crust

  • 25 pieces 25 Oreos (the whole oreo)
  • 5 TBSP 5 TBSP Unsalted butter (melted)

For the chocolate filling

  • 6 oz 6 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 TBSP 2 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup 1/3 cup Sour cream (room temperature or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 3.5 oz 3.5 oz Chocolate bar (melted; I used Lindt 72%)

For the peanut butter layer

  • 10 oz 10 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup White granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup 3/4 cup Peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup Sour cream (room temperature or Greek yogurt)

For the whipped topping

  • 2 cups 2 cups Heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup Peanut butter (melted)
  • Peanut butter cups (for decoration)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Oreo Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a food processor, crush the Oreos until finely ground.
  • Mix in the melted butter until combined, then press the mixture into a pie dish.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.

Make the Chocolate Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, blend 6 oz cream cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, and 1/3 cup sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
  • Set aside while you prepare the peanut butter layer.

Create the Peanut Butter Layer

  • In another bowl, beat 10 oz cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar until creamy.
  • Add the peanut butter, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/4 cup sour cream. Mix until smooth.

Whip the Cream

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add in the powdered sugar.

Assemble the Pie

  • Start with the chocolate filling: pour it into the cooled Oreo crust.
  • Layer the peanut butter mixture on top, followed by the whipped cream.
  • Drizzle melted peanut butter on top and garnish with peanut butter cups.

Chill

  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving to allow it to set.

Notes

For best results, ensure all dairy ingredients are at room temperature. This pie can be frozen, but the whipped cream topping may change in texture. Serve with vanilla ice cream or additional chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.
