Preparation

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the Velveeta cheese over low heat.
  • Once melted, stir in the can of Rotel tomatoes and ranch seasoning until combined.
  • If you're adding meat, mix in the cooked ground beef or sausage.
  • Stir everything together well and let it heat through.
  • Serve your dip warm with tortilla chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For a perfect texture, melt the Velveeta cheese slowly over low heat. If reheating, add a splash of milk to regain creaminess.
