  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken Can use leftover chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella works well
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables Can include bell peppers, onions, zucchini, corn, or spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until it’s aromatic.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken and mixed vegetables, cooking until everything is heated through. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • On each tortilla, layer your chicken mixture. Don’t skimp on the cheese—sprinkle generously on top!
  • Roll each tortilla up tightly to form a wrap.
  • Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook until they’re golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve warm, and don’t forget to savor every delightful bite!

Notes

Store wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat for crispy texture. For longer storage, freeze uncooked wraps tightly in plastic wrap for up to three months.
