Preparation

  • Warm your tortillas on a skillet for about 10 seconds per side to make them more pliable.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with garlic aioli and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Lay out each tortilla and generously spoon the chicken mixture onto the center.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to create a wrap.
  • Optional: Pop the wraps in a skillet, seam side down, for a couple of minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Slice in half and serve.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating your chicken before shredding it with spices like garlic powder or lemon juice. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
