Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  • Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Fold in the cheese, ensuring even distribution throughout the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Baking

  • Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan. Slice and enjoy warm!

Notes

Store leftovers by wrapping tightly and placing in an airtight container; it lasts 3-4 days at room temperature. For longer storage, slice and wrap sections individually for freezing.
