Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Batter

  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Make sure it is completely softened for a smooth texture.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs For richness, consider using organic eggs.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with coconut cream for a lighter version.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • a pinch salt

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition for a well-combined batter.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Gradually sift in the flour and a pinch of salt, mixing just until combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan lined with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until you see the top is beautifully golden and the center is set.
  • Once done, allow it to cool down to room temperature then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve garnished with fresh berries or a dusting of powdered sugar. A drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce is also a delightful addition.
