  • 1 package Dumplings (fresh or frozen) Can use any preferred type
  • 1 package Ramen noodles Instant ramen works well
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage Chopped
  • 1 jar Creamy curry sauce Can substitute with peanut sauce for a different flavor
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth May substitute with water

Flavor Enhancers

  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Minced

Cooking Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of vegetable broth (or water) to a boil.
  • Add the ramen noodles and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the Napa cabbage and let it wilt.
  • Stir in the dumplings, creamy curry sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger.
  • Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the dumplings are heated through.
  • Serve piping hot and enjoy your casserole.

Notes

Add fresh cilantro or green onions before serving. Pair with a light side salad or steamed greens for balance. Enjoy with lime wedges for a zesty flavor.
