Banana Snickers

Ingredients
  

For the treats

  • 1.5 cups chocolate (melted) Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • 1 piece ripe banana Slice thinly.
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter Dollops to be added on top.
  • 0.25 cup roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted) Sprinkle over the peanut butter.

Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth. If thick, mix in a teaspoon of coconut oil.
  • Scoop 1-2 teaspoons of melted chocolate into each cavity of a silicone mold, spreading to cover the bottom.
  • Slice the ripe banana thinly and layer the slices on top of the melted chocolate.
  • Add a dollop of creamy peanut butter on top of the banana slices.
  • Sprinkle roasted peanuts over the peanut butter and gently press them in.
  • Pour more melted chocolate over the top until it covers everything completely.
  • Place the mold in the freezer for about 1-2 hours until firm.
  • Once firm, remove from the silicone mold and enjoy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Serve slightly softened for best taste.
