Ingredients
  

For the Sandwiches

  • 4 pieces sub rolls (6 inches each)
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 4 oz salami, sliced
  • 4 oz pepperoni, sliced
  • 4 oz ham, sliced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Can use garlic-infused oil for added flavor

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Carefully slice each sub roll lengthwise, ensuring not to cut all the way through, and lay them open in the baking dish.
  • Layer the salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly inside each roll.
  • Follow up with generous slices of provolone cheese.
  • Top with shredded romaine lettuce and fresh tomato slices. Optionally, sprinkle oregano on top.
  • Drizzle olive oil over each sandwich to ensure a crispy, golden finish.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

Notes
