Ingredients
  

For the Cauliflower

  • 1 medium head medium cauliflower head Remove leaves and stem, cut into florets
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Toss the cooked cauliflower with the cheese sauce until well coated.
  • Place the cauliflower mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

To store, allow leftovers to cool completely and transfer them to an airtight container. It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
