  • 1 head head of cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized florets
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste grams Salt
  • to taste grams black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • optional Grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the florets in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

Cooking

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the cauliflower florets in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway for even roasting. Look for a golden color and crispy edges.
  • If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on the florets during the last 5 minutes of baking.

Serving

  • Serve hot, preferably with a creamy dip like ranch or garlic aioli on the side.

Notes

Stored leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze cooled florets in a freezer-safe bag.
