  • 2 pieces ripe avocados Make sure your avocados are ripe for the creamiest sauce.
  • 1 piece lime Juiced
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream Low-fat versions can be used.

  • to taste fresh cilantro For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rub the salmon fillets with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning generously on top.
  • Arrange the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Sauce

  • While the salmon bakes, mix the avocados, lime juice, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

Serving

  • When the salmon is out of the oven, generously spoon the avocado lime sauce on each fillet.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro.

Notes
