Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Set up a breading station with four shallow dishes: pour milk into the first dish.
- In the second dish, combine flour and garlic-onion seasoning.
- Add ranch dressing to the third dish.
- In the fourth dish, mix panko bread crumbs with dry ranch dressing.
- Dip each mushroom cap into the milk first, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Coat in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Dipped in ranch dressing, ensuring a good coat.
- Roll it in the panko breadcrumb mixture for added crunch.
Cooking
- Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket or shallow air fryer pan and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- Air fry for about 7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
