  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • to taste Red food coloring Use gel food coloring for better results.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Add a few drops of red food coloring to achieve a vibrant red color.
  • Pour half of the fudge mixture into a lined baking dish for the 'bloody' center.
  • Chill in the fridge for a short time to allow the first layer to set slightly.
  • Pour the remaining fudge mixture over the top, covering the red core.
  • Refrigerate until fully set, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store the Vampire Fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
